Signing up is Simple:

1. Complete the Online Application



2. Complete the application, click the next tab located at the bottom of the application, print and sign the application.



3. Fax the application along with a voided check (used to indicate where to deposit funds) to 866-449-9941.



4. Merchants applying as a DBA or some other entity need to provide proof that the entity is registered to do business. That can be provided by supplying a copy of the registration, corporate filing, or other document that recognizes the entity. Also, to expedite this process, the legal name of your entity or DBA should be on the check you are supplying as part of the required documents.

Notes:

• Merchant Account approvals occur same day.
