 In
August I submitted our rough design of a Website that I
envisioned would suite our purpose on the Web. An HWS
Design Team was assigned to our project and the project
began to move forward. However, I was apprehensive as what
to expect from HWS.
In initial telephone conversations with Database Designer
Mr. Frey I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise in
the Database field. As our Website progressed Mr. Frey
developed the first stages of the Database and secured the
pages required for secure communications at Post 1799. He
completed his design work in an expeditious manner.
Thanks to Mr. Frey’s professionalism, his patience in
implementing the revisions I requested to Website Database
pages, and his responsiveness throughout the design process,
our Website was able to reach its FINAL STAGE ahead of
Schedule and under Budget. I greatly appreciate that.

 To
the President/CEO of Heritage Web Solution, On or about
October/November I stumbled onto your website, and obviously
I visited then, found myself curious of your service. The
web site stated that google rated you all the #1 web
designer in the industry.
I always pride myself with associating with the best so I
tried your service, and I must say I was overwhelmed by the
quality of service.
First it was Sepideh your first line of contact who with
a pleasant voice and vast knowledge of web sites convinced
me that I was making the right choice, she made me feel good
about going into my pockets and spending a large sum of
money with such grace and perfection that it actually felt
good.
Secondly, it was Lois who is such a good listener and
writer he Interpreted my vision, where he is so good I dared
not to make changes, the draft was perfect.
Thirdly, Mr. Rodriguous (forgot first name -
designer)spoke for the first time, then said I guarantee
your site will be perfect but to be honest it will cost a
little more. So I trusted a stranger and he delivered.
Fourthly, it was live chat - Christina who is so good she
deliver my request on first try, then gave me some
suggestions about additional design services you all offer.
Finally, it was Crystal who provided the constant changes
then afterwards would follow -up for my approval.
Just want you to know as a business owner myself with the
quality and commitment your staff has exhibited, if I could
afford them I would try to convince them by offering them a
signing just to have them in my camp.
But, I know it would be inappropriate, you have the type
of staff every business dreams of. You are lucky.
Thank you Heritage for an outstanding job you all have
done on my website, you all are part of a rare breed.
